The training pathway
Participants can build relevant skills through selected standalone modules from the Digital Transformation Skills & Business Intelligence programme, without having to enrol for the full 6-module SCTP pathway.

Learn the WorkPilot workflow

Access opportunities
Associate opportunities may come through SCA’s engagement with industry partners, company enquiries, SCA’s business network, and outreach by WorkPilot and SCA.
Support company AI adoption
Suitable Associates may support workflow reviews, use case identification, proposal preparation, simple automation planning and follow-up coordination with SCA and WorkPilot.

WorkPilot Prospect Engagement Advisor
Helps Associates prepare for prospect conversations by identifying possible company needs, workflow pain points and suitable engagement angles.
WorkPilot Engagement Planner
Helps Associates turn early conversations into structured engagement plans, proposed next steps, workflow review plans and follow-up actions.
Associate Earnings Calculator
Helps Associates estimate possible earnings from different WorkPilot and SCA engagement types based on role, contribution and project scope.

Possible Associate support
Eligible participants may receive different forms of support, subject to prevailing eligibility criteria, programme requirements and confirmation by SCA / WorkPilot.
- Participating in standalone modular training: up to $300 per completed module
- Participating in the full SCTP training pathway: up to $500 per month, capped at 3 months
