A Skills & Career Transition Programme (SCTP)
From Tool Awareness to Practical Digital Execution
The SCTP is a structured, hands-on programme designed to help professionals design, build and deploy real automation, workflow and business intelligence solutions.
Participants do not just learn tools. They build working systems across automation, applications, RPA, BI and GenAI.
Duration: 3 Months (Part-Time)
Format: Online (Zoom)
Commitment: Structured monthly sessions (two modules per week) with guided build assignments
What You Will Build
Across the 6 modules, participants will:
- Design structured workflows and automation logic
- Build low-code applications for operational use
- Develop RPA bots to automate rule-based processes
- Create dashboards and data models for reporting
- Integrate GenAI into controlled workflow environments
- Deliver end-to-end working prototypes
By completion, participants will have developed multiple deployable solutions.

Digital Tools: Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script
Focus:
- Process mapping and structured workflow thinking
- Building automated response systems
- Integrating forms, sheets and scripts into operational workflows
- Designing a personal digital transformation roadmap
Outcome:
Participants build a functional automation workflow using Apps Script.

Participants build working low-code applications connected to structured data.

Financial Support & Allowances
Eligible participants may receive:
Part-Time Training Allowance
Up to SGD 900 over 3 months (subject to eligibility criteria).
Project Associate Programme (Separate Application)
Participants accepted into PAP may qualify for structured project exposure and project allowance.
Overseas Learning Journey Support
Selected participants may receive partial support for curated regional learning journeys.
