    1. Who provides the certification?
    This program is developed in collaboration with the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) Academy. Upon successful completion of all six modules, participants will be awarded the Advanced Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation Skills & Business Intelligence.

    2. Are the courses conducted online or in person?
    The program is primarily conducted online. However, an in-person training option is available for those who prefer classroom learning — limited to the first two days of each module. In-person sessions are held at our training centre.

    3. Where is the training centre located?
    As the course is conducted online, participants do not need to go to SUTD or the SCA training centre.

    4. What is the course duration and structure?
    The full program consists of SIX modules, each conducted over three consecutive weekdays. The entire course is typically completed in 3 months.

    5. Can I take the course on a part-time or weekend basis?
    No. All classes are scheduled during weekday working hours and require full-day attendance across the three days of each module.

    6. Is there a refund if I drop out midway through the course?
    You may choose to withdraw from the course at any time. However, fees paid are non-refundable.

    7. What subsidies are available for course fees?
    The course is supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Subsidy levels are as follows:

    • Singapore Citizens (≥40 years old): Up to 90% subsidy
      → $381 per module / $2,286 for full course (6 modules, incl. GST)
    • Singapore Citizens (<40 years old) and PRs: Up to 70% subsidy
      → $981 per module / $5,886 for full course (incl. GST)
    • Long-term unemployed (≥6 months without CPF): Up to 95% subsidy
      → $231 per module / $1,386 for full course (incl. GST)
    • This course is entitled to Part-time training allowance of $300 per month, paid throughout the duration of the course

    8. Can I use my Level-Up SkillsFuture Credit for this course?
    Yes. This course is eligible for the $4,000 Level-Up SkillsFuture Credit, in addition to any regular SkillsFuture Credit you may have.

    9. Is job placement guaranteed after the course?
    No, job placement is not guaranteed. However, participants who enrol in the Project Associate Program will be assigned a guaranteed 2–4 week project attachment, with a $1,500 allowance provided upon completion.

    10. What is the Project Associate Program?
    This is an optional pathway that allows graduates to participate in short-term project assignments curated by Supply Chain Asia. It’s designed to provide real-world experience and support portfolio development. (Project Associate Program – https://supplychainasia.org/pap/)

    11. Who is eligible to join the program?
    The program is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, with a focus on mid-career professionals looking to transition into digital roles.

    12. Is there an assessment or certification process?
    Yes. Each module includes assessments and/or a capstone project. Completing all six modules and assessments fully leads to the issuance of the Advanced Professional Certificate.

    13. Can I sign up for individual modules instead of the full course?
    No. You must register for the complete 6-module program. Individual modules may only be offered later, subject to cohort availability and interest.

    14. Will I need technical or coding experience to join?
    No prior technical or coding knowledge is required. The course is tailored for non-technical professionals, using accessible low-code/no-code platforms.

    15. What platforms and tools will be covered?
    You will receive hands-on training in the following tools and platforms:

    • Google Form Sheet, Apps Script and AppSheet
    • Power App and Glide Apps
    • Power Automate
    • RPA  – UiPath Studio
    • Looker Studio & Power BI
    • GenAI Tools (e.g., MindStudio, NoteBookLM)

    17. Are there any other grants or subsidies available?
    No other public grants are available. However, those who sign up as Project Associates will be eligible for curated project assignments and may receive allowance support.
