SCA Project Associate Program (PAP)
The Project Associate Program (PAP) is a structured career transition and professional development initiative by Supply Chain Asia (SCA), designed to support mid-career professionals in acquiring digital skills and applying their knowledge through real-world, project-based experiences.
As an industry support platform, the PAP connects participants who have acquired selected digital and business transformation training with curated industry opportunities. The goal is to bridge the gap between skills acquisition and meaningful industry exposure.
What the Program Offers:
- A capstone project assignment to apply digital transformation skills in real-world environments.
- A project completion stipend of up to $1,200 (participants receiving part-time training allowance from SSG) or $1,500 (for participants who are not eligible for part-time training allowance, funded directly by SCA, for Associates who successfully complete the project assignment.
- The option to extend participation with Supply Chain Asia to explore additional projects.
Eligibility:
- Open to mid-career Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
- Participants may also choose to join SCA-facilitated training programmes run with our education partners. These are separate from PAP participation.
- Must sign up formally as a Project Associate and agree to the terms of engagement.
Key Principles:
- Project-based experience is the core of PAP; training participation is optional.
- PAP is funded and operated independently of any government subsidies or support.
- All project work is compensated based on actual scope and deliverables.
- Project Associate contracts and stipends are administered by SC Asia Associates Pte Ltd, a private initiative.
Overseas Learning Journey
Supply Chain Asia (SCA) hosts a series of overseas learning journey workshops to give participants first-hand exposure to global supply chain operations. These programmes are fully self-funded, independently organised by SCA, and designed to combine professional insights with cultural experiences. Each journey runs for 4 days and 3 nights, blending site visits to leading companies with opportunities to network, learn, and explore the host city.
Workshop Line-up
Bangkok, Thailand – 28-31 Oct (Confirmed)
This trip will focus on Thailand’s manufacturing sectors, with site visits to various plants and industrial estates. The programme also includes a welcome dinner, networking sessions, and curated sightseeing tours around Bangkok.
Fee: S$750 per person, inclusive of 3 nights’ accommodation at Conrad Hotel, a welcome dinner, 1 day of site visits, and participation in Supply Chain Asia Awards 2026.
Guangzhou, China (TBC)
This trip will highlight high-tech robotics and electronics manufacturing, showcasing how advanced automation and digitalisation are reshaping the supply chain in one of China’s fastest-growing industrial centres. The learning programme will be complemented by cultural immersion and sightseeing activities in Guangzhou. (Proposed fee – $750/person)

SCA Trainees (SCTP) – Complimentary Accommodation
SCA Trainees (Modular) – One module (50%); Two modules (Complimentary accommodation). No additional training allowances.
Non SCA Trainees – Full fee will apply
