Course Overview
This module introduces the principles and practices of Business Intelligence (BI), with hands-on training in Google Looker Studio and Microsoft Power BI. You will learn to prepare and clean datasets, apply effective data storytelling techniques, and create dashboards and reports to visualise insights. The training culminates in a capstone project where you will develop your own interactive visualisation based on real or sample datasets.
