Day 2: Strategies for Technology Integration

Day 3: Capstone Project and Assessment
9:00am – 12:30pm: Capstone Project: Participants work in groups to design an integrated, technology-driven supply chain solution. This project allows them to apply insights from the course, focusing on the practical integration of emerging technologies within a supply chain framework. The project should consider aspects such as efficiency, scalability, sustainability, and innovation.
12:30pm – 1.30pm: Lunch Break
1:30pm – 3:30pm: Presentation of Capstone Projects: Groups present their projects to the class, showcasing their solution, the technologies integrated, the expected impact, and how they address potential challenges.
3:45pm – 5:00pm: Assessment and Feedback: Participants receive feedback on their projects. The assessment will evaluate the participants’ understanding of emerging technologies, their application in supply chain solutions, and their ability to innovate and integrate these technologies thoughtfully and effectively.
