This module aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to digitise and automate supply chain processes using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. It covers the fundamentals of creating custom applications and workflows to address unique supply chain challenges, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness.

Day 2: Automating with Power Automate
9:00am – 10:30am: Introduction to Power Automate – Streamlining Supply Chain Operations
10:45am – 12:30pm: Building Your First Flow – Automating Procurement Approvals
12:30pm – 1.30pm: Lunch Break
1:30pm – 3:00pm: Advanced Workflows – Integrating Power Apps and Power Automate
3:15pm – 5:00pm: Group Activity: Designing an Automated Workflow for a Real-World Supply Chain Problem
Day 3: Workshop on Digital Solutions and Assessment
9:00am – 10:30am: Review and Refinement of Projects from Day 2
10:45am – 12:30pm: Presentation of Digital Solutions to Simulated Supply Chain Challenges
12:30pm – 1.30pm: Lunch Break
1:30pm – 3:00pm: Preparing for Assessment – Key Concepts Recap and Q&A
3:15pm – 5:00pm: Assessment – Participants either present their digital solutions or complete a practical task on Power Apps and Power Automate, demonstrating their ability to digitize and automate supply chain processes.
