This initiative aligns with the Singapore’s government vision of an environmentally-friendly and self-sustainable transportation infrastructure while positioning us as a leader in Green logistics. As a company, we are always looking at how we can improve sustainability and driving greener solutions is an important part of our approach to greater sustainability.”

“We are delighted with Kuehne + Nagel efforts to partner local businesses for sustainable growth. With Kuehne + Nagel leading the commercial deployment of EVs for the logistics industry, we hope that more companies in Singapore will be inspired to embark on such environmentally-friendly initiatives, for a greener Singapore,” said Mr Lee Eng Keat, Executive Director, Logistics, Singapore Economic Development Board.

To further involve the company in the Green Logistics journey, Kuehne + Nagel employees with hybrid or electric cars are encouraged to use the charging stations during the day, when the stations are not in use by the commercial vehicles.
