Future of Work Forum 2025

Shaping the Future of Talent in Logistics, Supply Chain & Maritime Sectors

Future of Work Forum 2025

Overview

The Future of Work in Supply Chain Forum 2025 is a full-day, in-person conference that explores how rapid technological advancements are transforming jobs, skills, and workforce expectations in the supply chain, logistics, procurement, and related sectors.

From AI and automation to geopolitical shifts and digital fragmentation, the Forum brings together thought leaders, hiring companies, and professionals to navigate the evolving nature of work and discover how to stay ahead of the curve.

The Premise

In an era of volatility, the supply chain workforce faces a dual challenge: staying relevant in a tech-enabled world and finding meaning and momentum amid disruption. This Forum presents a timely opportunity to reflect on the future readiness of our people, the changing dynamics of work, and the emerging tools and roles reshaping our industries.

Whether you’re a mid-career professional, an employer, or a tech enabler, this Forum is where insights meet action.

A key feature of the Forum is a showcase of low-code and no-code applications that demonstrate how professionals can elevate their productivity, automate workflows, and embrace technology as part of their continuous skills development and career growth.
