From Tool Awareness to Practical Digital Execution
The Supply Chain Asia digital skills training programmes are structured, hands-on programmes designed to help professionals design, build and deploy real automation, workflow and business intelligence solutions.
Participants do not just learn tools. They build working systems across automation, applications, RPA, BI and GenAI.
Duration: 3 days per module
Format: Online (Zoom)
Commitment: Complete each course within 3 days
What You Will Build
Across each of the module, participants will:
- Design structured workflows and automation logic
- Build low-code applications for operational use
- Develop RPA bots to automate rule-based processes
- Create dashboards and data models for reporting
- Integrate GenAI into controlled workflow environments
- Deliver end-to-end working prototypes
By completion, participants will have developed multiple deployable solutions.

(TGS-2025056204) Digital Business Skills – Developing a Personal Digital Transformation Plan
Digital Tools: Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, AI-Enabled Scripting
Focus:
- Process mapping and structured workflow thinking
- Building automated email and notification systems with Apps Script
- Integrating Forms, Sheets and scripts into operational workflows
- Using AI tools to draft, debug and improve scripts
- Designing a personal digital transformation roadmap
Outcome: Participants build a functional workflow automation project, including a web app deployed via Google Sites.

Focus:
- Data structuring for operational use

- Comparing LCNC platforms for business use (incl. Power Apps demo)
- Designing a personal digital transformation roadmap
Outcome: Participants build two working low-code applications connected to structured data, and complete a capstone project applying these skills to their own work context.

Participants accepted into either or both programmes may be eligible for structured project exposure and training allowance.

Selected participants may receive partial support for curated regional learning journeys.
