Dataiku Inc., the software developer behind the predictive analytics software platform, Data Science Studio (DSS), has today announced its intention to accelerate the expansion in Asia Pacific. This move comes in support of more customers in Asia Pacific, such as Samsung and Hyundai Steel in Korea, and the adoption of academic licenses by top universities such as National University of Singapore (NUS) in Singapore.
Dataiku comes at a time when there is an incredible growing demand to maximize in-house data production and analysis. As reflected by their growth and profitability since their founding, Dataiku has anticipated this demand with their unique enterprise platform designed for the increased productivity and collaboration of data scientists, programmers, and analysts within and across organizations. Its flagship product, Dataiku DSS, which provides end-to-end solution for developing and deploying predictive analytics solutions with speed and precision, is experiencing accelerated adoption in Europe, US and Asia Pacific.
To accelerate its expansion and support customers in Asia Pacific, Dataiku has appointed its regional lead, Albert Antoine, a veteran AI and data scientist based in Singapore. Antoine has extensive experience in Asia Pacific, having started the operations of business optimization software leader ILOG in Asia Pacific in January 1989 and led it for 17 years. Antoine has a masters in robotic and artificial intelligence from the International Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Marseille, France, as well as a masters of business administration (MBA) in strategic management and management of technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.
