Capability is built through doing. Participants are guided to apply what they learn through hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases.

3. Progression over one-off events
Digital capability develops over time. We design engagements that support progressive learning, rather than isolated sessions with no continuity.

Corporate training options

Organisations may engage Supply Chain Asia through two distinct corporate training models, depending on objectives, funding considerations, and desired level of customisation.

Option 1: SCTP-Aligned Corporate Training (SSG-Funded)

Organisations may choose to align corporate training to selected modules from the SCTP programme, enabling eligible participants to receive course fee funding support from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) through enrolment with SUTD Academy.

Currently supported SCTP-aligned modules include:

Digital Business Skills – Developing a Personal Digital Transformation Plan
Harnessing Generative AI – Building Customised AI Applications for Business Innovation

Key characteristics of this option:

Training content follows the approved SCTP module structure
Formal enrolment and funding administration are managed via SUTD Academy
Participants must meet attendance and assessment requirements

Course fees

Course fees are subject to prevailing SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding eligibility.

For eligible participants (Singaporeans or Permanent Residents), the net payable amount to the company is typically in the range of a few hundred dollars per participant per training day, depending on funding eligibility and programme structure.

This option is suitable for organisations seeking:

recognised training aligned to national frameworks
structured content with funding support
lower direct training cost per participant

Option 2: Bespoke Corporate Training (Direct Engagement)

Organisations may also opt for bespoke corporate training programmes, fully contextualised and designed by Supply Chain Asia.

Under this option:

training content is customised to organisational context, workflows, and use cases
modules may combine digital skills, automation, data, and GenAI topics as required
programmes are not constrained by SCTP module structures or funding frameworks

Funding note: This option is not eligible for SSG course fee funding. Training fees are payable directly to Supply Chain Asia.

Fee structure: SGD 1,000 per participant per training day

This option is suitable for organisations seeking:

maximum flexibility and contextualisation
role-specific or function-specific training
faster deployment without funding constraints
