The advent of agriculture technology (agtech) offers promising solutions to these challenges. Agtech encompasses a range of technologies, such as precision agriculture, smart irrigation, biotechnology, automation, indoor vertical farming, livestock technology, modern greenhouse practices, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. This workshop aims to explore these advancements and their application in enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of food production.

  • Site Visit 2 – Mushroom Farm in Khao Yai (Food Supply Chain)
  • Site Visit 3 – Dairy Farm Organic Tour
  • Visit to Night Market

Day 3: Understanding the Food Supply Chain

  • Travel to Bangkok

Day 4: Organic Food Supply Chain & BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) Economy

  • Site Visit 5 – Aromatic Farm Academy
  • Observation of BCG in a practical setting
