BluJay Solutions, a leading provider of supply chain software and services powered by the world’s first Global Trade Network, announces that BagTrans, Australia’s leading transport provider, has implemented BluJay’s MobileSTAR application for its entire fleet.
BagTrans delivers palletised product in a predominantly business-to-business environment with time-sensitive, complex, and demanding transport requirements. MobileSTAR’s core pallet configuration with standard reporting, and track and trace delivery capabilities are configurable to suit multiple process flows, and provide the functionality required for BagTrans’ growth.
Capitalising on BluJay’s global industry knowledge and experience, BagTrans is utilising MobileSTAR’s core pallet configuration and standard reporting to capture a two-way flow of information for real-time reporting and viewing. This added functionality allows BagTrans to reduce waste, improve use of resources, enhance time management, incentivise drivers, and gain time-sensitive data regarding delivery events and exceptions.
BluJay’s experience integrating with third-party solution providers, along with the application’s flexible and configurable nature has simplified integration into BagTrans’ existing technology. Outfitting its fleet of 120 trucks, BagTrans has the capability to view workflows and movement of freight from depot to end receiver across the entire organisation.
BluJay’s mobility platform replaces a previously paper-based last-mile process, allowing BagTrans to meet its current and future vison for success and growth in the transport and logistics marketplace.
