Purpose of the Awards

The Supply Chain Asia Awards recognise individuals and organisations that have demonstrated meaningful impact in advancing supply chain, logistics, and procurement practices across Asia.

The Awards are positioned as a recognition platform grounded in industry relevance and execution, rather than a financial- or audit-based assessment.

Recipients are recognised based on:

  • Demonstrated operational impact
  • Practical innovation and execution
  • Leadership and industry contribution
  • Ability to drive change within organisations and ecosystems

Award Structure

The Awards are organised into three core categories:

Conferred Awards (SCA-Selected)

  • Recognises individuals and organisations with sustained impact and leadership.
  • Nominated internally or externally
  • Evaluated and selected by Supply Chain Asia
  • Not open for competition or voting

Competitive Awards (Curated & Judged)

  • Recognises organisations delivering excellence across core supply chain functions.
  • Open nomination
  • SCA shortlists finalists
  • Judging panel evaluates finalists
  • Winner selected through structured evaluation

Industry Voting Award (Live Event)

  • Recognises the most impactful partner among top-performing organisations.
  • Only one category: Overall Supply Chain Partner of the Year
  • Eligible pool: winners and finalists from Competitive Awards
  • Determined through live voting during the Awards Ceremony

Nomination Process

Nominations may be submitted by:

  • The organisation itself
  • Employers or leadership teams
  • Industry partners or clients

Each submission must include:

  • Profile of individual or organisation (max 500 words)
  • Description of achievements and impact
  • Supporting materials (case examples, testimonials, references)

Screening & Shortlisting (SCA Governance)

All nominations undergo an initial screening by Supply Chain Asia.

Shortlisting is based on:

  • Relevance to category
  • Evidence of real implementation
  • Demonstrated impact
  • Quality and clarity of submission

Only shortlisted entries are recognised as Finalists and proceed for evaluation.

Evaluation Criteria (Applicable Across Awards)

All awards are assessed using a consistent framework:

  • Impact & Outcomes
    Measurable operational, commercial, or ecosystem impact. Contribution to organisational or industry performance.
  • Innovation & Application
    Practical application of ideas. Use of digital tools, automation, or new models.
  • Leadership & Execution
    Strength in driving and sustaining initiatives. Decision-making, ownership, and accountability.
  • Collaboration & Industry Contribution
    Partnerships and ecosystem engagement. Contribution to broader industry development.
  • Sustainability & Future Readiness
    Long-term relevance and adaptability. Alignment with ESG and future capabilities.

Final Selection

Conferred Awards

  • Selected solely by Supply Chain Asia based on industry recognition and impact.

Competing Awards

  • Finalists evaluated by the Awards Committee and an appointed Panel of Judges, comprising senior industry professionals and past winners
  • Winners selected based on structured scoring and deliberation
  • SCA maintains oversight to ensure consistency and integrity

Industry Voting Award

  • Determined solely by live voting at the Awards Ceremony
  • No committee override

Recognition & Publication

  • Finalists and winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony
  • Selected profiles will be featured in the Supply Chain Asia Digital Magazine
  • Recognition reflects industry endorsement and contribution

These awards are curated and conferred by Supply Chain Asia and are not open for nomination or competition.

Competitive Awards

Finalists are shortlisted and evaluated by the Awards Committee and Judging Panel.

Governance

Supply Chain Asia reserves the right to:

  • Reassign categories where appropriate
  • Decline nominations that do not meet standards
  • Moderate finalist selection to ensure quality and relevance

The Awards are designed to recognise real contributions and impact, not popularity or marketing presence.
