This short assessment reviews how you currently use digital tools, automation, data, and AI in your work, and highlights where capability gaps may exist. Based on your responses, you will receive a practical summary of your readiness level, what it means for your role, and suggested next steps to strengthen your professional development.

The ADRA Framework – Foundations, Automation, Data, and AI (FADA Model)
The ADRA is built on a practical framework that evaluates how you work today across four key areas of digital capability and AI application. These areas reflect how work is increasingly being performed in modern organisations.
1. Foundations
This looks at your ability to use core digital tools effectively in your day-to-day work. It includes your comfort with basic systems, productivity tools, and general digital fluency.
2. Automation & Application
This assesses how you reduce manual work using digital tools. It includes your use of forms, simple apps, workflow automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
3. Data & Integration
This focuses on how you work with data. It looks at your ability to combine information from different sources, build dashboards, and create a clearer view of operations or performance.
4. Decision & AI Application
This evaluates how you use data and AI to support your work. It includes your ability to apply insights, use AI tools meaningfully, and translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
Together, these four areas provide a structured and realistic view of your current readiness. The goal is not to assess technical knowledge, but to understand how effectively you are applying digital and AI capabilities in your work.
