Paul has worked for more than 30 years in the retail, logistics, supply chain and smart technologies industry, gaining experience covering operations, business development, corporate and strategic management as well as IT and supply chain solutions. He started his career in Retailing in 1988 when he joined Isetan and has worked with various multinationals including TNT Worldwide Express, EGL Global Logistics (now known as CEVA), Menlo Worldwide Logistics and YCH Group, a Singapore home-grown logistics solutions provider.
Paul founded and launched Supply Chain Asia, and has been leading the organisation as a volunteer since September 2005. Supply Chain Asia is a community that brings logistics and supply chain professionals in Asia together to network and learn from one another. As a volunteer, Supply Chain Asia provides Paul with a unique avenue to connect with the industry, both for knowledge and community development purpose. Paul has a strong network with shippers in the logistics and supply chain industry through his role in Supply Chain Asia.
Paul is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA (with distinction), specialising in Retail Distribution, from the University of Stirling in Scotland.

Mr Peter Woon is a senior Management Executive with proven track record in Greenfield startup experience. Peter is an active practitioner of Supply Chain Management, Spend Management, Global Sourcing, Strategic Procurement, and Supplier Relationship Management. Project Management. Strategic Management for High Tech as well as Service Industries.Peter is currently the Managing Director of Koru Greentech, which is a Singapore Based enterprise to promote Private Public Partnership focussing on improving the value chain of Food chains leveraging Innovative Technology. EcoHub Global is actively engaged in various Global and regional NPO / Govt initiatives on the Futures of Aquacultures and Food Security and have actively contribute as thought leaders in various regional Sustainable Seafood initiatives like ASEAN Aquaculture Industry Summit 2015, Aquaculture Futures Indonesia 2015, International Coastal Tuna Business Forum and USAID Sustainable Seafood Industry Innovative Technology Solutions for Asia.Previously, he was the Vice President, Procurement and Supply Chain for the Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd and have served in various diverse international leadership roles in Global Procurement / Sourcing and Supply Chain in the High Technology and Services industry. His previous professional experiences include being the Head of Global Procurement for Soitec Group of companies, Global Sourcing Director for Agilent Technologies and General Manager for Modus Media International in South China and Singapore.

Chee Kin is currently the Vice President of Procurement for Singapore Post.
His last engagement in the Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) group saw him in leading positions, firstly to establish the Regional Procurement network in Asia Pacific, followed by his last role as VP, Global Head of Procurement Organisation, Standards & Tools.
In his regional role, Chee Kin established the operational plans for implementing the newly created Corporate Procurement function in Asia Pacific. He went on to implement the plans by recruiting and organising resources to fill the key positions in the countries and regional office, and introduced new Procurement processes and standards to support the rapidly growing business in Asia Pacific.
From a regional role, Chee Kin went on to take up a global position to develop, implement and manage the standardised toolsets of DPDHL Procurement. This covered the policies, processes, organisation standards and IT platforms of ePurchasing, eSourcing, Business Intelligence, Spend Analytics and supplier management. His other responsibilities included the initiation and management of strategic programs such as the Group-wide initiative of “Purchasing Compliance”, the transformation of Operational Buying into service centres, and the coordinated approach of skills development for Procurement professionals.
Prior and after DPDHL, Chee Kin spent almost 12 years in consulting to local companies on management topics, mostly on operations management and strategic business planning.

A former Colombo Plan Scholar, Dr. Goh holds a Ph.D. from the University of Adelaide. In the National University of Singapore, he holds the appointments of Director (Industry Research) at the Logistics Institute-Asia Pacific, a joint venture with Georgia Tech, USA , Principal Researcher at the Centre for Transportation Research, and was a Program Director of the Penn-State NUS Logistics Management Program. He also used to be Director of Supply Chain Solutions for Asia/Middle East with APL Logistics, crafting logistics engineering solutions for major MNCs in this part of the world.
Dr Goh was a Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (Singapore), past Chairman of the Academic Board of Examiners for the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management, member of the Advisory Committee of the Transportation Resource Centre (NUS) and a past Vice President of the Operations Research Society of Singapore, Associate Senior Fellow of the Institute of South east Asian Studies. His other professional affiliations include membership of INFORMS, and the Academy of International Business. His biography appears in Who's Who in Asia and the Pacific Nations, Who's Who in the World, and Outstanding People of the 20th Century.
He has been involved in executive training for various key organisations in Singapore, for example, PSA Corp., MIS, SIPMM, PSB, J&J, Siemens Nixdorf, CIT, CAAS, Fuji-Xerox AP, Applied Biosystems, Danzas, DHL, Samsung, SembCorp Logistics, Exel, CEI and Mindef. Prof. Goh has also acted as a consultant to organisations both in Singapore and overseas, like Lucent Technologies, Pentex Schweitzer, Trans-Link Express, Perkins Parts, Singapore Post, NCB, Unilever East Asia Pacific, MSAS, TDB, Hewlett-Packard Far East, Siemens Nixdorf, APO, Confectionery Transformation, Danzas-AEI, Bossard Asia Pacific, BBraun AP, Pasminco, Mindef, Cleanaway (China) , IE Singapore, Cleanaway, Knight Frank, and FXS.
He has held appointments as a visiting Professor in Business Logistics Strategy at Chulalongkorn University, Commonwealth Fellow to the UK, Citibank International Fellow to the US, visiting research fellow at UMIST, visiting scholar at Beijing University, visiting professor at Melbourne University , and adjunct professor at the University of South Australia. He is currently on the editorial boards of the Journal of Supply Chain Management, Q3 Quarterly, Journal for Inventory Research, and Advances in Management Research, and has served as an associate editor for the Asia Pacific Journal of Operational Research.
His current research interests focus on supply chain strategy, performance measurement, buyer-seller relationships and reverse logistics. With more than 130 technical papers in internationally refereed journals and conferences, some of his recent academic articles on supply chain management have appeared in the Journal of Purchasing and Materials Management, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, IIE Transactions, Naval Research Logistics, Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, Production and Operations Management, EJOR, Supply Chain Management Journal, Industrial Organisations, and Logistics Information Management.

Sundi Aiyer leads his own practice in Aiyer Consulting.
Previously, he worked with Accenture clients and teams across ASEAN and the APAC region to help drive competitive advantage and sustained value through supply chain and operational innovation – enabled by breakthrough digital and technology capabilities across the extended value chain.
Sundi brings over 25 years of industry and consulting experience across all aspects of supply chain management, including: demand sensing and shaping; sales and operations planning; profit and revenue optimisation; e-commerce and digital innovations; logistics and fulfilment; product and service lifecycle management; customer relevance; supply chain analytics; digital supply networks and control tower; and enabling technology solutions.
Sundi has served key clients across Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, Latin America, Middle East, Scandinavia, Southeast Asia, UK and Central Europe, and the US. His industry expertise spans Consumer Goods and Retail Products & Services; Automotive, Industrials & Manufacturing; Transportation and 3rd Party Logistics; High-Tech, Media & Telco; and Life Sciences and Pharma.
He has taught undergraduate, graduate, and executive education courses at NTU in Singapore, Southern Methodist University in the US, and Capgemini Global University in France. He has conducted executive briefings with Gartner / AMR, Forrester, and IDC; frequently speaks at global conferences; and has been an Industry Expert Instructor for the Singapore Naval Logistics Officers professional development programme. He has also presented at thought-leadership and visioning sessions to company Boards. Sundi serves on the Advisory Board and Executive Committee of Supply Chain Asia.
Sundi’s experience includes leadership roles in McKinsey’s Asia Operations Practice, and the supply chain and logistics practices of Capgemini, EY, Andersen Business Consulting, and the SABRE Group. He also founded and led his own successful global management advisory firm. He built his early career foundation at Penske, BP, and Tecnova. Sundi earned his M.S. in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University, US, and his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, with high honors. An American citizen and a permanent resident of Singapore, he is an active contributor to professional forums at CSCMP, LogiSym, NTU, Singapore Institute of Management, Supply Chain Asia, and Transport Intelligence; and supports and serves in leadership roles in various community organisations.

Sebastian Chua has accumulated 20 over years of procurement experience within the Indirect Procurement & Project Sourcing domains and held several regional and country positions in Asia Pacific.
Sebastian started his procurement career with Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies as their Country Manager for India, Singapore, Thailand & Philippines before he took on the portfolio as the Regional Procurement Manager. Sebastian then moved on to join Microsoft & Alcatel Lucent as Head of Procurement to transform their procurement organisation in Asia Pacific region.
At Microsoft, he was recognised for providing leadership in the category sourcing strategies & operational excellence in Asia that contributed to organisational indirect spend reduction, process efficiencies and supply base rationalisation as well as launching a pioneer transformation initiative for outsourcing the operational finance & tactical procurement functions around Accounts Payable, Records, Payroll and Procurement transactional services.
At Alcatel-Lucent as their Senior Procurement Director for Asia region, Sebastian was recognised for providing innovative business solutions and achieving break-through strategies across a series of procurement transformation initiatives in the areas of People & Organisation, Business Alignment & Supplier Partnership, Program & Process Excellence and Controls & Compliance.
In Sep 2013, Sebastian Chua took on a new challenge to accept the opportunity to transform the public procurement practices at Health Promotion Board (HPB), a statutory board under the Ministry of Health. He reports to CEO, HPB in his current role as Head of Procurement. His Procurement Paper "Transformative THINKING. Transformative DOING" was published at The Journal of Public Procurement (USA), APAC CIO Outlook and Supply Chain Asia. In recognition of his procurement leadership, Sebastian was nominated for numerous awards at the World Procurement Congress (UK), ProcureCon EPIC Awards (USA), CPO Award by The Faculty (Australia), Procurement Leaders APAC Forum, etc. In 2017, Sebastian was conferred the Supply Chain Professional of the Year by The Supply Chain Asia as well as the Asia Supply Management Awards by the CIPS.

Koh Jin Kiat is currently the Director of Business Growth at Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). BRP Inc is a Canadian company making various vehicles. Once part of Bombardier Inc., it was founded in 1942 as L'Auto-Neige Bombardier Limitée (Bombardier Snowmobile Limited) by Joseph-Armand Bombardier at Valcourt in the Eastern Townships, Quebec. BRP has a long legacy of innovation and has multiple brands: Ski-Doo (snowmobiles), Can-Am motorcycles (ATVs and Can-Am Spyder and Ryker three-wheeled vehicles), Sea-Doo (personal watercraft), Lynx (snowmobile), Evinrude Outboard Motors, and Rotax.
Prior to his, he was the Director, Regional Sales Operations at Harley-Davidson. He was responsible for demand and supply planning; as well fulfillment for Harley-Davidson’s sales and distribution channels in the region. Before joining Harley-Davidson, Jin Kiat was the Operations Director at Reader’s Digest Asia, where he was responsible for Reader’s Digest B2B and B2C operations. Prior to that, he was Asia Pacific Director, Global Automotive Solutions at Menlo Worldwide, a global supply chain management company.
During his tenure at Menlo Worldwide, Jin Kiat was also a pioneer of Vector SCM, a global supply chain 4PL joint-venture between General Motors and CNF, Inc., Menlo Worldwide’s parent company. Jin Kiat’s supply chain and operations experience spans both B2B and B2C sectors in industrial and commercial environments, and has successfully developed customer-centric supply chain solutions for large multi-national corporations. Jin Kiat graduated from Nanyang Business School in Singapore with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing); and has an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK. He is also a certified trainer with the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualifications awarded by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of Singapore.
