Refund Policy

Supply Chain Asia is a not-for-profit entity that seeks to serve the logistis and supply chain profesisonals here in Asia.

(For membership services) If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your membership dues.

(For Events & Training) You can cancel your events and training subscription 15 days before the event/training commences, and a full refund (minus an administration fee of SGD15) will be given to you. You are allowed to provide a substitute anytime before the event or training. No refund/cancellation will be allowed 14 days before the event or event.
