Dr Robert Yap is the Executive Chairman of YCH Group, Singapore’s leading end-to-end Supply Chain Company with operations spanning across the entire Asia Pacific region. He is also the Founding Chairman of y3® Technologies Pte Ltd and Deputy Chairman of IE Singapore.
Robert was conferred the Asia Logistics Hall of Fame award for his significant contributions and thought-leadership to the SCM industry in 2003 and the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) award in 2007. Robert was further honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award (Logistics) presented by the World Chinese Economic Forum in 2013, and the NUS Business School Eminent Business (Senior) Alumni Award in 2014.
Robert sits on the ASEAN-Business Advisory Council, which he chaired from 2007 to 2009. He is President of Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and Board Member at International Enterprise Singapore (IES). Robert also advises the Singapore National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (SINCPEC), ASEAN SME Advisory Board and SMU School of Information Systems. He also contributes to various local government-related councils including the National Productivity & Continuing Education Council (NPCEC), SkillsFuture Council and Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence – Employers & Business (ACCORD).
With more than 30 years of experience in the Logistics and SCM field, Robert graduated from the Harvard Business School Owner President Management (OPM) programme in 1994; and was conferred Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D), honoris causa, in Business Administration in 2001 by Wisconsin International University. Robert is also Founding Chairman of Supply Chain Asia – a community of more than 30,000 supply chain professionals based in the region.

Mr Paul W. Bradley has been involved in international business throughout his entrepreneurial career spanning senior management positions in Fortune 1,000 companies, the creation of 7 start-up companies and the launching of two IPO’s. He has established new business entities in China, South East Asia, India and the US. Paul is the Chairman and CEO of Caprica International. He also serves on the Asian Advisory Board for the joint venture Avista Houlihan Lokey investment bank; Advisory Board of the Kairos Society for the ASEAN Region; Industry Advisory Board of the S.P. Jain School of Global Management; Global Alumni Council of Thunderbird, School of Global Management and Vice Chairman and Board Member of Supply Chain Asia.
He previously served as President of Arshiya International headquartered in India (publicly traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange) and as Managing Director of IDS International (a member of the Li & Fung Group of companies, publicly traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange). He also mentors new Tech Ventures. Mr. Bradley received his MBA Degree in International Management from the Thunderbird, School of Global Management. He was selected by the World Economic Forum as one of the forty "New Asian Leaders" at an award ceremony presented by His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan and was selected as “Asian Supply Chain Manager of the Year” by Lloyds FTB Publications in 2004.
He has been involved in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry for more than 20 years, including leadership positions in Arshiya International, IDS Logistics (the Li & Fung Group), NYK Line, APL and the HAVI Group/BDP joint venture. He previously worked in the US Senate and the British House of Commons and has served on several Singapore Government Advisory Committees. He is a frequent speaker at global conferences and universities, has written published articles and has been interviewed by Newsweek, Fox Television, the Economic Times of India, the Business Times of Singapore, Excellency Magazine in the UAE, Supply Chain Vietnam and other global media.

Khoo Seng Thiam is the Managing Director of FedEx Express Singapore. He is responsible for the overall planning and administration of the company’s operations in Singapore.
Khoo began his career with FedEx in 1991 as an entry-level Ramp Agent in Singapore, and has worked for the company in Hong Kong, Malaysia and New Zealand before rising to the role of Managing Director of Process Engineering for Asia-Pacific in 2005. He was appointed Managing Director of Singapore (his current position) in 2012.
Khoo’s commitments to the transport industry include membership of the Customs Advisory Council (CAC) whose mission is to advise on strategic direction to advance Singapore Customs as a world-class Customs service. He has also served as a member of the Logistics Skills Council (LSC) of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
In May 2016, Khoo was appointed Chairman of the Board in Singapore for Orbis, a non-profit organization that works to prevent and treat avoidable blindness worldwide. FedEx plays a pivotal role in delivering medical supplies through the Flying Eye Hospital and the training of local doctors. Khoo also serves on the advisory councils of the Singapore Polytechnic School of Business and Republic Polytechnic School of Engineering.
He holds a Masters in Management from Macquarie University, Australia.

With 26 years of industry experience under his belt, Laurent has built a strong record of achievements in logistics, supply chain management and operations.
He has been driving Kuehne + Nagel’s warehousing, distribution and transportation businesses since he joined the company in 2006, of which eight years were focused in Asia.
Prior to moving to Singapore, Laurent was Vice President of Operations at Kuehne + Nagel AG, where he led the global operations of key customers in the fast moving consumer (FMCG) and retail industries.
He then took on the role of regional senior vice-president for contract and integrated logistics at Kuehne + Nagel Asia Pacific, where he was key to the establishment of the Kuehne + Nagel Singapore Logistics Hub.
In his current role as the Managing Director of Kuehne + Nagel Singapore and Malaysia, Laurent leads more than 700 people to drive business performance based on customer excellence.

Inge Veelenturf is the Senior Director Logistics, Asia, at COACH. She is an experienced professional in international Supply Chain Management for twenty years, in Europe and Asia, for leading International Consumer Packaged Goods companies like Kellogg, Sara Lee and British American Tobacco (BAT). In August 2016 she joined the global modern Luxury and Lifestyle Company COACH. Prior to her current position, Inge was Regional Supply chain Network & Logistics Director for Kellogg Asia & Africa.
She put a strong focus on the commercial side of the supply chain and driven the integration of the value stream cross functional internally as well with key customers and suppliers. She gets energised by working with multi-cultural teams, driving change management, bridging the different functions in the extended value chain and building new value-added capabilities to enable business growth.
Inge has been pro-actively engaged in industry platforms since 2000, with regional associations such as ECR Europe, AIM Europe (European Brands Association) and Supply Chain Asia. She joined the Board of Advisors for SCA in May 2015.
She has a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from the Technical University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Born in The Netherlands, Inge has been living and working in Asia since 2008, and is currently based in Singapore.

Prior to her current role, Joy has held a number of senior positions at Diageo including Supply Chain Director, Asia Pacific and Vice President, North American Customer Operations. In her last role prior to her move to Singapore in April 2013, she was the Supply Chain Director for Russia and Eastern Europe, responsible for the end-to-end supply chain functions in those markets.
Has a Master’s degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, holds a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He joined Estee Lauder Companies in 2004. Before that he worked at Sanofi and Yves Rocher. He held a host of senior management positions in Manufacturing operations, Distribution and Procurement; and completed assignments in the US, Mexico, Venezuela, China, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Morocco.
Jamal has an Industrial Engineering Degree and a Masters Degree in Supply Chain and Procurement and is a member of Supply Asia Community and the Emerging Markets Supply Chain Management Council.

Koh Jin Kiat is currently the Director, Regional Sales Operations at Harley-Davidson. Before joining Harley-Davidson, Jin Kiat was the Operations Director at Reader’s Digest Asia, where he was responsible for Reader’s Digest B2B and B2C operations. Prior to that, he was Asia Pacific Director, Global Automotive Solutions at Menlo Worldwide, a global supply chain management company.
During his tenure at Menlo Worldwide, Jin Kiat was also a pioneer of Vector SCM, a global supply chain 4PL joint-venture between General Motors and CNF, Inc., Menlo Worldwide’s parent company. Jin Kiat’s supply chain and operations experience spans both B2B and B2C sectors in industrial and commercial environments, and has successfully developed customer-centric supply chain solutions for large multi-national corporations. Jin Kiat graduated from Nanyang Business School in Singapore with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing); and has an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK. Brian started his career with a major Material Handling Company in the United Kingdom and later moved on to Saudi Arabia in 1976, he joined SSI Schaefer in 1980 to run their Gulf operations before moving to Singapore in 1984 where he become the Regional Managing Director for SSI SCHAEFFER Asia.
Over 30 years, Brian has built up the SSI Schaefer business to be the market leader in the region. Starting with a staff of seven in Singapore, Brian is now responsible for managing 19 SSI Schaefer offices in Asia Pacific and the Middle East in 16 countries and 2 wholly owned factories in Malaysia and China, employing more than 1000 people.
With the company’s growth in Asia, the Malaysian factory has been expanded to 39,000m2. Asia is now recognised as a competence centre for the supply of high rise AS/RS and rack clad warehouses. The factory is now equipped with state of the art machinery to produce steel profiles to the high tolerances required by these systems. A 5,000m2 production hall has been added to the factory for the assembly of the company’s range of case conveyor systems to expand Schaefer’s presence in Asia.

Mr Lee Eng Keat oversees EDB’s various industry clusters including Logistics, Natural Resources and the International Organisations Programme Office.

He also used to be Director of Supply Chain Solutions for Asia/Middle East with APL Logistics, crafting logistics engineering solutions for major MNCs in this part of the world.
Dr Goh was a Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (Singapore), past Chairman of the Academic Board of Examiners for the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management, member of the Advisory Committee of the Transportation Resource Centre (NUS) and a past Vice President of the Operations Research Society of Singapore, Associate Senior Fellow of the Institute of South east Asian Studies. His other professional affiliations include membership of INFORMS, and the Academy of International Business. Jonathan Lim is currently the Director of Business Services and concurrently Director for Innovation, Internationalization & Entrepreneurship at SPRING Singapore, which is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow.
His role at SPRING is to develop enterprises in the following two industry sectors: Logistics & Professional services. At the same time, he is also responsible for developing entrepreneurship, innovation and international partnerships for high potential start-ups and high growth enterprises. Jonathan was previously with the Ministry of Education where he was instrumental in the start-up of the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Singapore’s fifth public university. Jonathan subsequently joined SIT as Director of Partnership and Corporate Planning where he carried out strategic planning and partnership development for the university. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at the Economic Development Board (EDB) where he was responsible for leading the industry development efforts of the education, healthcare and other services sectors. Tony is an experienced Senior Manager with strong background in Law Enforcement, General Management, Electronic Security, Aviation Security, Supply Chain Management, Telematics and Global Account Management. He has extensive experience in Aviation Security and was a member of the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC) Security Committee and has successfully undergone audits for the US C-TPAT Programme (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) and Aviation Security Regulated Agent Programme throughout the globe.
Previously, he was the coordinator of the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) Europe; Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Heathrow Airport crime reduction working party particularly aimed the logistics supply chain in the Heathrow area. Tony sat on the Metropolitan Police AIMSS Group at Heathrow Airport and was a key participant in the development and publication of the Airfreight Industry Minimum Security Standards for Cargo.
Tony was the co-director of a national fire & security company based in the UK for 11 years serving Government, MNC’s, and SME markets. During this period, Tony acquired several similar companies and successfully re-branded and merged them into one. Tony has managed in ‘Location Based Services’ real time tracking solutions, truck and bus fleet management solutions, traffic management, dynamic speed limiting, encryption, tyre pressure monitoring and OTA remote vehicle diagnostics.
Tony won two Risk & Security awards for his former company, the first being in 2009 for the Supply Chain Security Award - Supply Chain Asia Logistics Awards and the second in 2010 for the Risk Management Award. He is currently the Vice Chairman of Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA Asia) and sits on the Board of Advisors for Supply Chain Asia. Tony is also a member of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International), Asia Professional Security Association (APSA) and the International Aviation Security Association (IASA).
Tony holds a Post Graduate Award in Management & Business Studies from the University of Warwick in United Kingdom and qualifications in Security Management, Aviation Security, Electronic Security and Electrical Installation. Tony resides in Singapore, and based at the Tyco Fire & Security Divisional Head Quarters.

Mr Wayne Hunt has extensive experience in the Transport & Logistics industry within the Asia Pacific Region, both from an Operational & Senior Corporate Executive/Non-Executive perspective. He joined the Toll Group, Australia’s largest & most diversified Transport & Logistics Group in 1990, and left in December 2014. During the period between August 2007 to December 2014, Wayne served as the CEO/President of Toll Asia and Toll Global Logistics based out of Singapore, charged with establishing Toll’s In-Country Asia-Pacific Regional footprint; a footprint which was recently stated by Japan Post Wednesday 18th February 2015 as a major attraction in its AU$$6.6bn acquisitive Bid to buy the Toll Group (@ approx. 18 times EBITDA).
From 2006 to 2007 Wayne served as Group General Manager Intermodal Rail at Pacific National Melbourne, Australia; from 1998 to 2006 as Divisional General Manager of Toll Auto Logistics; from 1996 to 1998 as Group General Manager Business Development – Toll Group; from 1993 – 1995 as National Sales & Marketing Manager of Toll Express based out of Sydney and then Melbourne; and NSW Marketing Manager Toll Express from 1990 to 1993. During his time at the Toll Group, Wayne was part of the Senior Executive Team responsible for Revenues of the Group growing from AU$$27m per annum 1990 to AU$$8.8bn per annum as at December 2014 through both Acquisitions and Organic growth, including the introduction of greenfield start-ups in new Services & Markets. The Toll Group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange October, 1993.
During his time based in Singapore, Wayne developed the concept and also led the Team that has been successful in gaining a two year trial from November 2014 of Super B-Double Semi Trailers within Singapore – an innovation showing significant Productivity, Cost Efficiency & Environmental benefits to the Economy of Singapore; and with a potential to cross the borders of Southeast Asia with the opening up of ASEAN, a ‘single Trading Window’ currently planned to occur December 2015. Wayne continues to lead these Trials on behalf of the Toll Group during implementation.
Prior to joining the Toll Group, Wayne worked from 1987 as Part – Owner and National Marketing Manager for the privately owned National Transport Company Quicktrans Pty Ltd based out of Sydney (merged with K&S Freighters 1990). Previous to that he spent seven years in various operational and Senior Management roles within Brambles Industrial Services, & Brambles Cranes and Heavy Haulage Division, in South Australia. Wayne is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport; and serves on the Advisory Board of Supply Chain Asia.

EcoHub Global is actively engaged in various Global and regional NPO / Govt initiatives on the Futures of Aquacultures and Food Security and have actively contribute as thought leaders in various regional Sustainable Seafood initiatives like ASEAN Aquaculture Industry Summit 2015, Aquaculture Futures Indonesia 2015, International Coastal Tuna Business Forum and USAID Sustainable Seafood Industry Innovative Technology Solutions for Asia.Previously, he was the Vice President, Procurement and Supply Chain for the Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd and have served in various diverse international leadership roles in Global Procurement / Sourcing and Supply Chain in the High Technology and Services industry. His specialties include stakeholder engagement, compliance management, information sourcing and content distribution.
Turloch currently works for IATA (the International Air Transport Association) – the global trade association for the world’s airlines - where he is Chief Editor & Secretary to the Global Compliance User Group, The Air Cargo Tariff. This role includes conceptualising, validating and implementing business intelligence solutions to drive efficiency in the global air cargo value chain.
Turloch co-founded Supply Chain Asia Publications in partnership with the Singapore-based regional non-profit industry community Supply Chain Asia.
Turloch was Managing Editor - Asia & the Middle East with the London-listed Informa Group, publisher of the Lloyd’s maritime and transport brands. Based in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Turloch was responsible for the group’s Asia-based brands and events as well as large publishing contracts with organisations including the Hong Kong Airport Authority and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
Turloch holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and History, a Post-Graduate degree in Communications and a first class honours Master’s degree in International Studies with specialisation in International Law and International Trade. He is a mandarin Chinese speaker.
